Brand Protection & MAP Policy
BORU SHOP LLC applies the following principles to every brand and product line we carry. These are internal commitments that govern how we operate, not a claim of authorized distributor or official partner status with any brand.
Strict MAP and MSRP Compliance
We adhere to each brand's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) policies as published or communicated to us, across every sales channel we use.
No Price Wars or Aggressive Pricing
We do not engage in price wars, undercutting, or aggressive discounting strategies against other sellers of the same brand.
Sales Paused at Risk of MAP Violation
If a situation arises that risks violating a brand's MAP policy, we temporarily suspend sales of the affected item until the correct pricing is restored.
Authorized Channels Only
We sell exclusively through authorized channels. We do not distribute through unauthorized channels or third-party platforms outside our own controlled listings.
No Listing Hijacking
We do not join or attach our offers to listings created by other sellers or rights holders without permission from the rights holder.
No Transfer to Third Parties for Resale
Products we purchase are not transferred to third parties for resale outside the terms agreed with the supplying brand.
Professional Management of Online Sales
Our online listings are actively and professionally managed. Pricing is monitored and adjusted to stay aligned with each brand's policy.
